Service Terms

These terms apply when you buy a Full Feed plan. Full Feed is a trade name of Avriella, obrt, owned by Antonio Vranješ, Žumberačka 41, 31000 Osijek, Croatia (“we”). You accept them when you tick the box on your personal offer page and pay. Your offer page (plan, price and start date) is part of these terms.

1. What we do

Each month we make the content in your plan (listed on your offer page and on our pricing page) and post it on the platforms you chose, after you approve it. Your portal shows what is planned, what waits for your approval and what went out.

2. What we need from you

• Answers to our 10-minute setup form, and your logo, colors and any brand guidelines.
• Access to your accounts through our posting tool. You approve access yourself; we never ask for your passwords.
• Repurpose plans: the recordings in your plan, or permission to use your older episodes when you record less.
• Create plans: your website and offers, and approval of scripts before we make the videos.

3. Approvals and the 48-hour rule

Everything we make is sent to your portal for approval first. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, it goes out as planned, so nothing stalls. You can switch on “always ask me”: then nothing goes out without your approval, and our guarantee covers what you approved on time. You can move, change or stop any post before it goes out.

4. Payment

• Plans are paid in advance in US dollars by card through Stripe: monthly, or every 3 months on a prepaid plan. Payment renews automatically until you cancel.
• Founding clients pay half price for the first month and 20% less for the next 6 months, as shown on the offer page. If you’re happy with the results, we may write a short case study and ask you for a video testimonial. You approve anything about you before it is published.
• If a payment fails, we keep working for 7 days. If it’s still unpaid after that, we pause your posts and production until it is paid. Posts planned during a pause are not made up later.

5. Cancelling

Plans are month to month with no setup fee. You can cancel any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@fullfeed.agency. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Except under our guarantee, we don’t refund partly used periods.

6. Our guarantee

In your first month, anything you don’t approve, we redo. If it’s still not right, we refund that month. After that, if approved posts don’t go out on time because of us, your next month is free. On Repurpose plans, the number of posts assumes you send the recordings in your plan or let us use older episodes.

7. Who owns what

• Everything we make for you is yours once paid, to keep and reuse, also after you leave.
• You keep all rights to your own material. You allow us to use it to make your content for as long as you are a client.
• We don’t show your content as our work without your permission.

8. AI

AI helps in parts of our process, and a person reviews everything before it reaches you. Content with AI-generated people or voices is labeled as AI where the platforms require it.

9. Your part

You confirm you have the rights to the material you give us. Content goes out on your accounts, so before you approve it, check claims about your products, prices and results. Please follow the rules of each platform.

10. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to work for you. How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data for you, we do it only on your instructions; data processing terms are available on request.

11. Liability

We do the work with care. We don’t promise specific views, followers or sales, and we’re not responsible for decisions of the platforms (reach, removals, account restrictions) or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For existing clients, changes apply from the next billing period after we email you, and you can cancel before then.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If we disagree about something, we’ll first try to sort it out together by email at hello@fullfeed.agency.
